The second week oh January of this year I began what I thought was going to be a long a tedious process of acquiring a "New to Me" vehicle. I had done some shopping around before my husband convinced me to contact Shane Brown at Kelly Ford Gander. I have know Shane for many years and trusted he would get me into a good vehicle if one were available in my price range. Shane did not disappoint! His professionalism was outstanding and he got me into a beautiful 2019 Ford Edge. Everything just seemed to aline and I got the rig earlier then we had expected. So far I have not been disappointed in the ride, still getting use to all the bells and whistles. Can't wait for my 1st road trip!

I just got done spending $14,000 with your dealership on repairing my truck. It was towed back to my house and dropped off broken. I have recordings of the service manager and the service Director in his office. Then someone from from your front desk that said he’s pretty much head of the dealer ship. My truck was at your service center five times over the last two years got only 7000 miles on the road total. The last time I was there I refused to pay the guy until I drove off the property. They refused and made me pay. So I drove my truck off I made it 20 miles down the road. And now here’s my truck in my driveway. Refused to fix it refused to work with me every single person from the service manager to the service director to the front office manager all refused to help me and said that they refuse to do business with me anymore and said that I’m trying to rob them. Here we go $14,000 later in front of my house. No one tried working with me they got me to get off the property saying they would go look at the truck again and they just loaded it up. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with the guy shoot me away before I even showed up at the front door. Don’t get robbed by this company.

Attached is research I did this morning that I could not finish during our phone conversation. Everything is there. The address I have is 265 Marion St Melbourne Beach, FL 32937 please confirm this is the correct address and I would be happy to have the vehicle towed to your home at no charge to you. I know per our conversation that was recorded you could not meet me at our 9 am appointment time. I did receive your text message about meeting with our GM, you are more then welcome to email him at but I never know when he will be at the dealership as he has a busy schedule himself. I believe after you look through my research, you will also agree that you would be better suited to have the repairs done elsewhere where you can get the customer service you are looking for. I'm sorry we failed in that department.
