"LEGIT SCAMMERS!"
First mistake was booking with this website without proper research about them. So almost the same like the others, i booked my flight in their website (cheapest at that time), i received email that the booking was pending and they are waiting for the airline to confirm before they will send me the ticket copy. After 2 hours, i received another email that there was a price hike and i need to pay for the booking to proceed and 3rd email that since no response from my side the cancelled my booking.
I read the email when i reached home after work, but still i paid the fare hike just to secure my booking since my flight was already in 2 weeks. The following day i called their customer care to double check if my ticket was confirmed but they said it was cancelled already and they will initiate the refund on June 15,2023.
After multiple calls and emails from them, until now i dont receive my refund with cost 2.6 aed in total. I filed complaint in DET in dubai since the office is located there. They said that Rehlat is not licensed by the department, thus they does not fall under their jurisdiction. I called ******* but they refer me to Ministry of Economy (*******)because they are dealing only with company within Abu Dhabi. Ministry of Economy was close today and sunday so i am planning to file a case also.
As i am reading the review of others, I read about filling a dispute report. So I called my bank to file a dispute case to Rehlat and suggested that I should send them email regarding the situation and any proof of emails from the company. Waiting time is 120 days (plus the 2 months waiting for rehlat without refund =(
Such a huge inconvenience booking with Rehlat.
To those who have same experiences, let us knock all doors. Don't loose hope because it is our hard earned money! They cannot take it like that.

Advising all not to use such this service , really one of the worst booking site i ever seen .. we booked a flight ticket with confirmation code 1179711 / BID 2055979 and in next day they sent email that we have to pay extra amount to complete our booking when we ask to refund they said refund will take 14 to 20 working days, 45 days has been passed and no refund until the moment plus the customer service most of the time they do not answer , it is first time to see call center not answering the call !!
If they replied the answer is (one day you will get your money back )!!!

Fui informado de que o reembolso total será processado em 20 dias úteis, embora não pareça haver nenhuma razão justificada para que eles mantenham o dinheiro do reembolso em sua conta por tanto tempo.
Meu reembolso está atrasado há mais de 1 meses
Frustrado ao limite agora e chamando a atenção/ação das autoridades e seus bancos/agências parceiros

The worst booking site is Rehlat. Never ever book any airticket or hotels from this Company. Seing better rates, we will be tempted to book from them.
I booked a hotel room for staying on the same day. I got confirmation mail from rehlat with successful booking.
When went to the hotel reception for check in, they said there is no booking under my name. Contacted Rehlat and they said they have no clue how it got canceled and they said they cant help. I booked same
Hotel from their website and stayed there. But with Rehlat its more than a month now following up for refund. No response.
In simple words they are the money looters. Please stay away from them.

"Absolutely ridiculous. Don't use."
Absolutely ridiculous. Been trying to get a refund since April as they cancelled my booking. Horrible service. Been played about constantly. Theyve said your request is prioritised to the finance department etc. You can't even speak to a manager or anyone who can help over the phone. The emails are just as bad. Completely dead replys with no action. All they say is it is being prioritised just wait for our reply. What kind of service is this. And the worst bit is they are soo calm like they don't give a toss about their customers and neither their own reputation. Most important part of a business is to remember to be good and right with your customers.

Ich habe im April 2023 ein Hotel über Rehlat gebucht und einen Tag später storniert, da der Flug abgesagt wurde und ich keinen passenden fand. Mir wurde auch, wie anscheinend allen Kunder der dubiosen Firma, eine Rückerstattung zu ca. 90 % in den nächsten Tagen versichert. Bis heute und nach zig Emails mit der Aussage "with high priority to our Finance Department" habe ich keine Rücküberweisung erhalten. Habe jetzt meine Bank mit einem Chargeback beauftragt. Ich frage mich warum so ein Unternehmen in Deutschland so frei ihren betrügerischen Machenschaften ungehindert nachgehen darf!

We've made the mistake of booking a hotel through this company. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip. Although we had opted for free cancellation, support consistently lies about the booking being non-refundable, in spite of clear documentation and screenshots to the contrary.

The worst company in the history of mankind.
They have agreed to process the refund after 1 months of follow up and after constant email reminders , .After they agreed , 2 months have passed (Now at 16th reminder email) and even copying their CEO , CFO , no action.
I thought at least the management will have a little shame in seeing their company having such negative reviews but apparently they don't even care .
Booking number RSA1857089 . Been waiting since April 22.

I have got in touch with Dubai Economy and Tourism and trying to sue them now for the mental torture they are putting us through.

Finally after 20 Emails and following up and crying for 4 months , i received the refund in my account today.
