"From start to finish a 5 star experience"
From start to finish, this was nothing but a 5 star experience. ( I dont understand the negative reviews )
Basically I have a 5 series Bmw that I had an open close valve installed in the exhasut ( in a bodged up way and not by Fast Lane ) I called up and explained i wanted it taken off and a straight pipe fitted taking away the middle and both back boxes. I was very happy with what was quoted and the work that was going to be done, so i booked it in. It was only after I booked it that i checked the reviews and found so many negative ones. "waited ages" "bad service" "receptionist rude" "price increase on arrival" so on and so forth. I was shocked because of how professional it all sounded. Anyway, I decided that my good judge of character hopefully wouldnt let me down. The day before i was contacted confirming my booking so I was pleased. I turned up first thing in the morning and met the person I spoke with and was greeted like family. Within 10 minutes the place was buzzing and the carpark filled up with amazing motors. This gave me the confident boost that was needed. Straight away you are checked in and the cars taken into an impressive garage where you are then going over exactly what is going to happen with someone else. At this point i was told more work was needed than what was said on the phone and a new setup was needed ( alarm bells started to ring ) They came back with what the new price wouldve been but said not to worry about it. The new price wouldve been over £200 more because of the amount of work that was needed but they never even asked for it. They even sorted out my tips that were put on wrong and didnt ask for a penny more. They said 2 hours and it took 2 hours. Everything looked great with the exhaust with tidy welds. Hopefully I have no problems in the near future with it but have absolutley no doubt they will fix it.
Dont be put off by negative reviews becasue once you see the setup they have...You know they are obviously doing something very right.

The worst customer service, receptionist has no idea what is customer service, a lot of waiting time (about four hours till they have started) even though I had an appointment booked with them.
I could have done a better job myself, they are supposed to be professionals.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
AVOID AT ALL COSTS . SCAMMERS. Bought a Cla rear bumper, paid for it over 2 weeks ago , chased repeatedly , no return calls , they hung up on me on 1 occasion eventually admitted they were unable to supply the item but kept hold of my money for weeks but have assured me they are issuing a refund, if they i will get money back off credit card company.

"Poor Fitting, Kit came off, Not Taking responsibility"
Bought a Aero kit for my X7, the front splitter came off on the motorway after a year, Poorly fitted, lucky to be still alive. When I called them they're not Taking responsibility and using everything in their book to try and blame me! Apparently its ok if it comes off after a year because of wear and tear, wonder when my front bumper will come off.
Wanting me to pay for a replacement they can do one!

"Avoid Poor customer service and parts don’t fit"
Was looking for a rear diffuser for my car and I seen one on Fastlane Styling at a good price rang and was told once I made the purchase I’d get it within 2 days.
When it arrived I checked it and everything looked ok until I came fit it. They aren’t hard to fit but I managed to fit it perfectly on one side but then when I came to fit the other side it was short and wouldn’t sit right. I managed to kind of fit it.
I took some pics and sent them to Fastlane Styling to show the poor fitment I sent a email showing it
they said it is for that car and I had fit it incorrectly 😂 which I told them I hadn’t. I then asked for a partial refund they refused and told me I wouldn’t be get any refund or they would look into this issue it was company policy.
Avoid at all costs there parts don’t fit and when you speak to customer service they aren’t helpful at all have no interest in helping to resolve any problems you may have they are also very uncooperative.
AOVID THEM THERE PARTS WILL NOT FIT

Rude / obnoxious/ lacking receptionist
Promised the first class treatment for my car
They make you feel like they’re doing you a favour whilst charging you a lot of money
Getting the many issues with their work and faulty parts sorted locally as cant do with the stress and hassle of going back there

"Don’t know where to start"
Don’t know where to start . It’s really a shame I didn’t clicked with them for the second time cuz they are local and they do have some great stuff . I tried even after the first time didn’t worked out . Customer service is really low . Communication is very difficult. I did come with little baby and been asked to park on the pavement. Then been asked million questions about who I am seeing , if I am booked in . Then apparently I wasn’t booked in. Then the prices of some of them stuff cut my knees . Been extremely excited going there and trying to sort my exhaust tips but the whole experience for the second time put me off paying over 450£ for exhaust tips. Shame we didn’t clicked , at lest I tried to give them a second chance .
Carbon tips £450 🤦♀️ everywhere else u find the same ones under £250 .

"Great customer service but quality could be improved"
I recently bought an exhaust cut off valve from them which came within a few days in great quality it worked for about a week but then the valve became loose and started to rattle so I contacted them got a response in less that 12 hours considering I did it through email at night, so it was a fast response and they responded with a brand new valve which was already on its way
In my eyes that’s great customer service yeah the part may have been faulty but nothing the could’ve been able to notice
