The ladies in their call Centres nothing was to much trouble so patient and professional I can’t name them all but well done ladies.

I was a bit doubtful contacting Purplebricks as they are not a high street Agency and also why the low fee..what was the catch?!.but my doubts were quickly dispelled. They are extremely efficient and there is no catch! I paid a one off fee which covered the Agent's visit; advertising and marketing and if I had a query the Agent Patricia was there immediately. On one occasion I needed to contact Head Office . There was no waiting around and my query again was dealt with efficiently and immediately. I had to contact the Patricia many times...being the first time I was selling..and never a problem! She was so helpful and quick to deal with my queries. I would highly recommend anyone to use Purplebricks..They advertise on all the Housing Buy and Sell sites so why pay extortionate fees to the High Street Agents when you can pay a small one off fee and receive exactly the same service? One word....Excellent!

"I would advise against using these…"

I would advise against using these people. I ordered a bundle in February. It is now October and I haven’t received a bundle, and no reply from my emails. They took my money and ran basically.

No dispatch email, followed by no delivery, followed by no replies to multiple emails.

All this over 9 weeks, so now initiated a charge back.

Very good service, got exactly what I ordered, goods ordered and delivered 8 days later .

No delivery yet, ordered a out 7 weeks ago. They do not answer the phone or my emails. Very disappointed

"Bad communication and punctuality"

Ordered on 28th of January, had conflicting emails saying the package would be delivered mid February, only to be told via messenger it'd be later on in the month, advised I'd be given a little extra merch to make up for the miscommunication , unsure if anything extra was actually sent as there was only 4 items in my package, and now I'm being ignored via messenger when trying to establish what was meant to be sent as an extra.
The package was finally delivered on the 15th of March, can't say I'll be purchasing again after this experience.

Didn’t arrive , never sent tracking, waited two months then offered a replacement. Wasn’t sent tracking for that so never knew if it would arrive or not.
