Opened an account just to place an order from them, then went back to my original supplier (did't have the product in stock at that time) and closed the account.
Stick with proper companies where returns/exchanges are way easier to deal with.

We had one order go missing (not their fault) and they sorted it & have always been great to deal with if you ever need to speak with them.
Their clothing is great quality, HTV is the best we’ve ever used and their printable transfer papers work really well too.

Placed an order for a Heat press for next day delivery, order item early to ensure it would dispatch on time and item was instock. Waited around the next day as it was pre 12 delivery and item didn't arrive. "Warehouse" had supposedly sent it standard past even though I paid for next day delivery.
Called Customer service to say I wouldn't be around for delivery and that was the reason I ordered 24hr delivery service.
I cancelled the order with the customer service agent, I was advised I'd receive confirmation of my cancelation. I am still awaiting confirmation of order cancellation and I still don't have my refund.
