The package arrived two weeks late. Customer service was unreachable during these two weeks despite many emails and calls from me. I had to threaten to report them to the police so someone would contact me and I would receive my package.
And on top of that! The bed sheet is missing....

everything i got was really good don’t get me wrong but some items were forgotten and my package came a week late ( but that was only because of the strike). costumer service was amazing though they sorted it out straight away.
