Excellent service. I would highly recommend this company. We booked transport for 8 people with luggage to go to the airport and then to collect us on return. I was concerned at first as you can't see pictures of the people carriers to see what to expect but they were really nice and spacious. No one cramed in or squashed. We had a lovely driver who arrived bang on time. They even texted while I was on holiday to confirm all our flight detail for the return so they would be there ready to collect. I was very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again

I recently experienced OMBH services. My friends and I traveled from London to Manchester using their 24 seater minibus, and it was a breeze. "Terrible experience"

Terrible experience - DO NOT USE.

Despite booking months in advance to pick up at airport; received notification a few weeks before arrival that bus wouldn't be able to fit luggage; despite entering all luggage details when booking. Options were to cancel the booking or pay extra.

Flight was delayed but constant communication with driver on this; no issues with drop offs however on return journey additional payment was sought for delay encountered on outward journey or no return travel would be forthcoming.

"They didn’t arrive or contact us"

They didn’t arrive to our airport transfer, and failed to answer any messages and phone calls. We spent 4 hours and £60 each getting alternative transport from Newcastle to Glasgow. We were, after over a month of trying, compensated for half of what we paid. Disgraceful business I highly do not recommend
