"Placed an order 4th september"

Placed an order 4th september. order 1008, been trying to get tracking details. They said its been dispatched 4 days ago another lie. Called Mike 12th september to get tracking details again. He said he would call back in10 minutes, He never did.
Called 4 times today and no one is answering.
Starting to believe these other reviews are not genuine.
Had to cancel 2 tradesman for doing jobs.
Due to this company.
Ordered flooring elsewhere today, i had no other option.
Now 2 days on, they said ive been refunded. Finance company confirmed no refunds yet. Another lie.
Another 4 days on still no refund. Stay well clear of this company.
