"Work agreed but did not pitch up"

I gave them 2 stars because the guy did pitch up to give me a quote.
We agreed on the price and that he would start work the following week. Well... he never pitched up. When I text to ask if he was coming to do the job, he did not respond. Very disappointing. Considering there is only 1 other review on this trader makes me sceptical if it's them commenting on their own company.
In the end I used an alternate trader.

Fairness and honesty do not even need to be mentioned, because where this company stands above the rest is how they always put their customer first – from the initial scoping and transparent costing to the professional and considerate attitude and the superb quality of their delivery.

If you are lucky enough to secure their services, it also pays to listen to their advice which will save you unnecessary costs in the long term.

I have no hesitation in recommending these lads to others.
