I ordered a bouquet with 20 roses packed in a really amazing way (looked really good) but the product actually delivered was literally soo cheap n customer care executive defending the action by saying such packaging is not available at ur selected area. I mean wth!
Than the executive was like I can’t do anything about it n vl refund ur 30% amt.
literally 70% amt was sheer wastage.
