I ordered a pair of 70+ reading/distance glasses. I received my glasses reading in a reasonable time but unfortunately I find they blur my vision on the reading and the distance is very blurred, and are not suitable for me to wear.

I emailed the customer support guys and they responded immediately and sent me a return label without any fuss or questions and refunded my money as promised. Excellent customer service and support.
