"große Musikauswahl & schneller Kundenservice"

Als jahrelanger Kunde bin ich von dem Produkt absolut überzeugt. Es existiert eine große Auswahl an Musik, welche ich je nach Stimmung einsetzen kann. Bei Problemen wurde mir durch den Kundendienst immer zügig geholfen.

"Hardwareplayer spielt falsche Musik - gelöst"

Nach den technischen Problemen Mitte Januar, welche die Nutzung der PC-App stark einschränkten, bestellte ich den HW-Player.
Von Beginn an spielte dieser nicht die über die App vorgegebene Musik, die beworbene Echtzeitsteuerung funktioniert somit auch nicht.

Update:
Nach einem persönlichen Gespräch wurden die Missverständnisse beseitigt und das Gerät funktioniert nun so, wie es soll.
Ich verstehe die Problematik, die zu der (in meinem speziellen Fall) langen Bearbeitungszeit und langsamen Kommunikation geführt hat. Meine Kritik dazu wurde angenommen und es gab eine entsprechende Entschuldigung dafür.
Das Produkt an sich überzeugt weiterhin und ich werde es jetzt wieder gerne nutzen.

"Nach Zahlung funktioniert die App nicht mehr - gelöst"

Im Rahmen der Testlaufzeit hat uns die App voll überzeugt und wir haben dann sofort das Jahresabo abgeschlossen. Jedoch funktioniert seit dem Ende der Testlaufzeit die App nicht mehr! Wenn wir in die App am Tabelt einsteigen, kommt der normale Screen und wenn man dann starten will, schließt sich die App einfach. Auf dem Windows PC kommt die Meldung: "Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten" und nix geht mehr! Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Zahlung einfach nicht mit unserem Kundenkonto verlinkt wurde! Der Kontakt mit dem Support war jedoch wenig hilfreich! Passwort zurücksetzen.... hat nicht viel gebracht - seitdem warten wir jetzt schon 2 Tage auf eine Info! Anrufen geht leider nicht, da keine Hotline.... Aktuell ratlos, weil überhaupt kein Support und Problem besteht immer noch! - Problem konnte sehr gut behoben werden - System läuft wieder!

"Many irritating bugs"

The music selection ad usability of the app are fine for our retail locations, however there are persistent issues that may make us have to find a better alternative:

1) The app stops randomly, and at one of our locations very often. The solution is to have to exit the app and relaunch. Often to do so require our employees to have to log back into the app. Quite irritating.

2) Sometimes we can't log back into the app at all, even though the login has been stored on our device. Soundsuit doesn't recognize our email address! Weird.

3) Help desk? Forget about it.

I am quite satisfied with the variety of music spectrum. Only one thing that puts down to a four-star rating is that the soundsuit app must be on all time in order to keep the music on. Also, the music stops playing once in a while. So, I have to turn off and on the music app to make it play.

Leider funktioniert die App nicht gut und braucht an die 100% CPU, was alles andere still legt … und den Computer zum Abstürz bringt :(

"Soundsuit - commercial music made easy"

Soundsuit is a wonderful product for business owners who need to comply with commercially licensed music rights. If you are reading this then you know that already though. There a lot of choices out there and it’s not one size fits all. Soundsuit doesn’t feel like a big label forcing you into their shoehorned solution. It feels as intuitive to use as Sonos or Spotify but it’s very helpful and customizable. I like the curation of choices, sound quality, and customer support. The UI makes a lot of sense. It’s easy to use and will easily fit within the sonos ecosystem. My suggestion is that you hardwire one speaker so that you force sonos mesh and rule out any WiFi issues.

"Soundcloud would be a five Star Service…"

Soundcloud would be a five Star Service if they implement automatic Level balancer. One Song is loud next song is to quiet, we put the Volume Up, next song way to loud. And this in our Café every day. People think we are to stupid to handle our Volume.

Everything else is perfect so far.
