First my delivery was late.
Then I haven't been communicated they wouldn't look after fitting of new bed and old bed removal, despite paying for it. I've been told due to covid they would not be able to into people's apartments, fair enough but I was charged extra 100 euro. Delivery guys were confused and surprised and eventually told me to contact administration. I thought I should not be the one contacting anyone for this company not being able to hold this together, but I did as I wanted my money back. I had not received a response and had to email again. Eventually I obtained a refund for services I did not receive.
Now, after 6 months my bed is broken. Sure these guys sell cheap products but quality and service wise they really lack. Not worth your money.
Better buying at IKEA.
Or just spend 100 euro more somewhere else, wasted money here, worst purchase of my life.

"Not great"
Not great. Had to chase up bed and mattress. Bed delivered but not assembled. Left with all the packaging. Salesperson should advise customers buying a bed that assembly is not included.

Had to chase them for weeks for information...

"SCAM"
SCAM : APPAULING, AVOID, just got off the phone with "FRANK" if thats his real name , mattress was supposed to be delivered yesterday or today,
no confirmation as to time so i rang , was told he would get the delivery driver to ring me. THAT DIDNT HAPPEN ,
rang and was told oh its gone with Fastaway ill ring you with the tracking order in next half hour . THAT DIDNT HAPPEN , rang back and was told they were with a customer so i told him i would ring him back ,HE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME 3 TIMES great customer service skills there boy! he eventually answered and told me he would cancel my order because i rang 3 times ....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now it appears to me Frank had no FRICKEN clue of where my mattress was, and had no interest in following it up either, FRANK has said he will email me within 15 mins to send my cancellation email. ill be waiting ........................................ and waiting on my refund to....he didn't even ask for my name or email address.....

"I ordered 2 beds off these cowboys"
I ordered 2 beds off these cowboys, two 4'6" beds to be precise, one divan and a wooden flat pack bed. And in 2 weeks they came with the delivery, out came the first bed, the divan, and was left at the front door which I brought in myself, and when I went back to see where the second one was they had left without saying anything. Then upon completion of setting this bed up I noticed it looked small, so I measured it and was a 4 foot bed. The old 2 beds were also to be collected as they charged 80 euro to remove them but didn't. I decided to ring them to see what was going on here and upon telling him the situation, he said they don't take old beds because of covid-19 and because I took the bed out of the wrapping he wouldn't take the bed 4 foot bed back. So here's the best bit, when the second bed came, i removed it from the packaging and when I was putting the head of the bed together, the dowel hole and the screw hole were mixed up and can't be put together. The headboard for the divan bed never came also, what a shower of cowboys, stay well away from this company if you want sanity, reason and clarity.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!! Possibly the worst company I have every dealt with. I thought EIR was bad. These are even worse.

"Never use this company"
Never use this company. The main man to deal with is incapable of listening or delivering a service. I ordered a bed and headboard which took over two weeks to be delivered. The headboard was not delivered and the requested drawer was not on either base. Two weeks later and multiple calls and they ended up delivering the base in a different colour and a different headboard. I accepted both as I was fed up dealing with this company. However the drawer fell apart on first use. Again another call to them where I explained that rather than having to wait in yet another day without working I would keep the bed and headboard but wanted drawer replaced. So today while I'm in work the original colour bed but no headboard arrived at my door. So they cannot listen not communicate with their own staff nor deliver quality goods. Their delivery drivers are extremely polite and accommodating as are the two women who answer the phones but do not purchase from these unless you can deal with the worse delivery times and poorest quality items

"A word of warning"
A word of warning. Make sure and shop around. They are riding on the crest of their famous name. Very nice staff, who told us prices could not be matched. We actually got the same mattress €150 cheaper less than 400 metres down the road!

Horrendous service and should be avoided..Received mattress 3 weeks after ordering. Still haven't received the bed surround to put it on after 6 weeks. Complete silence on email when I asked for refund and have no idea if I will be sleeping on a mattress on the floor over Christmas.

I bought my mattress (Luxury Windsor Mattress (4'6')) 3 years ago. After the first year of my purchase, i started to feel the springs while i was sleeping, and consequently pain when i woke up the next morning. I tried to contact the company via telephone, they told me to send an email. I tried to send email, and the folk that replied to me just basically said that he did not understand my issue. I explained several times, and still the same. Then, i decided to keep going with the mattress, and recently it started to be unmanageable to sleep in the mattress. I started to sleep on my sofa bed, and i tried to contact these guys again. Again, lack of profissionalism, loads of calls without answer, and when they answer, it is unhelpful answers. Then they ask me to send an email, and i did it, and no answer in the last weeks. Definitely i do not recommend these guys, they are not cheap (i spent 275-300€ on my mattress) and the quality is really bad. It would worth much more go to Ikea, but your mattress there, for almost the same price, and much better quality and customer assistance. Peace.
