"Lack of transparency"

Great products, strong lack of transparency on the returns process for EU returns. They claim it to be hassle free, however I had to research on the internet to find I had to PAY for a return either through them deducting the shipping fee once they receive it with DHL (seems to be 30 euros, but they do not state the amount so there is no way to know for sure, I am not really trying to have a surprise 30 euro fee for a 50euro order return). Strongly suggest you use the local post. Serge DeNimes, with all due respect, get your s*** together and be transparent about the process and costs of returns. Customers shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get information.

The package took a lot longer than expected to arrive (3 weeks), mails took also a long time to be answered.
Regardless, the ring is in a wonderful condition and I love it. If I have to say something about the packaging, I think that a little box instead of a little sack would have been appreciated, but it does the work anyway and it is also pretty.
