International Orders lack transparency regarding returns/exchanges:

Very disappointed - I like the ring but it doesn't fit. When I went to complete an International (Australia) return/exchange form for my package, it did not allow for an option of direct exchange. Moreover, the return postage fee is $52 from Australia using their DHL service. The information about the cost of return is very difficult to find - having to navigate through a separate 'help desk' link that does not specify the sheer amount that would be deducted from the refunded amount, especially for a package weighing 0.1kg.
