"Strange dots on the ring"

I had a little problem with the ring I bought last Friday. Monday it arrived, but I immediately saw that there are some strange dots on the ring. It is definitely not because of shipment, because it’s under the coating layer. Both on the inside and the outside. Also the sterling 925 is not carved in it very well as you can see on the picture.
I do like the ring very much, but I find this a little sad.
Unfortunately it’s not possible for me to return it, as I just left London and will not be back soon. When I asked what can be done about it, SergeDenimes only answered that I can return it if I want, which is not possible as I said.
