I was very happy with my website as they did a nice job on the look of it and how easy it was to navigate. However, their retention of their employees needs improvement. I had 3 reps in 6 months. However, I did finally get Blake F. as my rep and I felt she was going to be good. My contract was just about up and I decided that I didn't want to renew so I don't know how it would have worked out.

My experience with this company was terrible! DO NOT SIGN UP! They called me day in and day out until I signed you. Now I did ask if I was not happy with the service could I cancel, and I was told yes. After a few days, I decided I was not ready to start and told the agent I didn't want to set up a website. I was told it was too late. Even though I never received anything at all! No website, no content, not even a welcome packet. I was told I had to pay $180+ monthly until my contract ended. Now, I understand most will say, “Well, you signed,” but if 0 service is rendered, what am I paying for? Nearly $1200 was taken from my account for nothing!
I even asked if I could pause my account since NO WEBSITE WAS MADE! But they told me I had to make the website and use it. I explained on multiple calls I was okay with using the service at some point but was simply too busy to set it up and use it at the time. After many calls, I simply gave up and ended up with NOTHING from Agent Elite. No credit, NO WEBSITE, NO REFUND! So please understand these people will call in and day out and trying to sell you. If you don't fully understand and plan to use what they offer, DO NOT SIGN UP!
