I’ve been a loyal customer of Luisa via Roma for quite some time and am generally very happy with their products and service. They consistently offer competitive prices, and their sales are fantastic, making it easy to find great deals. The product selection is also impressive, offering a wide variety of items to choose from.

The only drawback I’ve encountered is the delivery costs to Germany. While the product prices are excellent, the shipping fees can sometimes be a bit high, which may affect how often I shop. It would be great if there were more opportunities for free shipping on larger orders or if they ran more promotions with reduced delivery fees.
