"Product not like the image on the website"

I was disappointed with the paving color, as it didn’t match the image, but kept it due to return costs. It looks good now that it’s laid, but I’ll request a sample next time—3.5 stars.

Mostly good. Product top quality - responses in decent time - delivery though was late and taking time off work for no good reason, is annoying.

The Web site was accurate and informative. It was possible to converse about best options with regards economical quantity to purchase.
Once order placed the delivery came before the estimated delivery date, but I was kept informed all the time.
The driver was helpful and placed the pallets where we wanted them.
The product has enhanced the drive entrance.

"Make sure you sign the t & c's "

I waited for delivery confirmation, phoned in only to be told I hadn't signed my terms and conditions and therefore no progress had been made. This oversight set me back a week. So make sure you read and sign off as soon as possible. All else fine otherwise.

Sourced the blocks I wanted. Ordering from the website was straight forward, good choice of color and sizes. Product chosen Drivesett Tegula Harvest. Given delivery date and arrived as expected.

The paving arrived on time, althgouh we had a delay on the grout ordered at the same time. sales lady got on it quickly and it came a couple days later. good quality, good price no need to say more.

"More than I bargained for"

Ordered the golden quartzite gravel on special - I now know what half a tonne of gravel looks like. Came in 20 bags, got enough for years now. Great value - neighbors will be getting a few bags for Christmas.

"Limestone"

Very happy with our limestone paving that is good value and all delivered well packaged. Bit of hard work because the delivery lorry had no crane and we don't have a driveway. The pallet had to be left on the pavement outside, meaning I had to transfer myself to the back garden straight away. It was not a big deal and it was actually made clear on the order. Recommended and will use again.
