I have place two orders now and both time did not receive my free cake mix that was promised when placing an order for more than £25.!!!! The first order I presumed that I would just get a free mix with my order, but got nothing. The last order I put a mix on to my order but when I got to check out it was not taken off! As Backing Deco don't put a copy of your order into the box, unless you take a screen shot you have no idea if your order is correct or not!!!!
On the plus side, things are a fair price and you only have to wate a few days for your order. Customer service Is good, so I will shop with them again 🤗
