"Absolutely awful company"
Absolutely awful company. Ordered 5 rolls of underlay - of which only 4 were delivered.
No tracking email was ever sent, no phone call or update from their delivery company. Found the underlay outside the vacant house days later with tears in the packaging and soaked with rain.
Emailed customer services and received an extremely rude email back to say ‘it’s your responsibility to be available’ - I assume people are expected to take the week off work and sit at home 24/7 waiting for a delivery!!
Had a tracking email been sent of course I’d have made myself available to receive the goods.
Unfortunately the company refused to replace the soaking wet underlay and instead advised me to drive to Hull (2.5 hours away) to replace the item.
Also couldn’t produce the tracking email or surprise surprise a delivery note to say I had inspected the item.
Mark is clearly in the wrong job- zero soft skills, you can see from the replies to negative reviews on trust pilot that hes extremely rude and abrasive
Absolutely disgusting AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Ordered 30m x 1.82m Foxi Superplus at 1030 for collection. Picked it up a couple of hours later. No fuss, efficient and best price anywhere. Dealt with Mark who patiently answered my many questions via Facebook. Thanks for loading it into the car too. 😀

When the boiler was fitted in January I wrote a review that was very critical of the service I received from TPD, as the boiler I had asked to be fitted was not the one installed, I found it very difficult to give them any credit in my review at the time.
I was plesently surprised to receive a call from Craig recently to ask if TPD could in fact make amends for the original problems and dissapointment experinced, and offered to compensate me by way of a "Landlords Gas Safety Certificate" which was accepted.

ordered underlay from this company on many occasions and in the past have spoken to a lovely lady however on this occasion I have been dealing with Mark who frankly needs training in how to speak to people. The order was correctly addressed to house number 28 (which I know as I live there) it has also been confirmed in writing as 28 when I received my order confirmation. However they delivered it to number 29 which surprised the lady who lived there and emailed them to ask why she has received underlay she didn’t order (surprise surprise she received no email back). When chasing the company to find out where my order was Mark informed me that it had been delivered and showed me photographic evidence of it outside number 29. When I emailed Mark back he informed me in a not so polite manner that they had delivered it to the address on file (which is incorrect) and that I would need to get the police involved if the items have been stolen. From there end there is nothing more they can do.
What a terrible response. They have sent a product I have paid for to the wrong address and not taken responsibility for this and have told me they won’t do anything about it. What a joke of a company. Please avoid.

The address was never changed as it wasn’t inputted incorrectly by myself. I have proof of this by my original email invoice that was sent after purchase. You have now admitted that the house number was incorrectly mistyped by yourself. This matter requires resolving as you have taken money for a product you have not delivered.

"Avoid - appalling customer service"
Having ordered 7 rolls of underlay on a Monday I received a call from a delivery driver 5 days later who was 2 hours away despite me having received no confirmation of dispatch nor tracking information. When I stated no-one would be in, he said it had to be delivered as couldn't be rearranged and could I leave it with a neighbour (really?). I then rearranged my schedule and called the driver back who acknowledged his route hadn't changed and it was then delivered. All 7 rolls were thrown on top of other items in the lorry, all the packaging was ripped, and one roll was damaged. I asked if there was anything to sign and informed the driver that one roll was damaged. There was no receipt, nothing to sign, so I asked him to inform the company.
When I followed this up with the company and sent a photograph, I received two emails from the owner, Mark Pearson, that were appalling in tone, offering no apology whatsoever for the service (which costs £60!) and definitely no refund.
He stated that an email confirming that my order had been processed meant that I should have been aware that it was dispatched. He then made out he had added on £42 for rescheduling the delivery but as a gesture of goodwill had taken it off, unbelievable. He even stated that the courier company had waived a fee of £55 for Saturday delivery even though I hadn't requested it. When I queried these points he replied: 'The goods were dispatched via Pallet Service and delivery attempted within the timescale given. We will not be entering into any further discussion regarding the matter.'
So no apology for the terrible service, two clowns in the back of a van that was probably hired for the day.
He is happy to deliver damaged goods, obviously has no interest in customer service, so please avoid as the company and the couriers used are an utter shambles.

Excellent services from start to finish, have used this company before and will use them again as you can't beat the prices! Needed a little bit of help this time before ordering, email's were responded to promptly and very helpful indeed. Wouldn't hesistate to recommend this company to anyone!

The actual transaction and quality of goods are excellent, however delivery was the problem, albeit it arrived In good time. The courier did not ring or knock my front door, he took it upon himself to physically open the door and step inside and scream "delivery for you!" with children in the house, this is completely not acceptable. Reported the situation to Trade Priced and was told they would contact the courier and get back to me. One week later I requested an update and nothing! Not even an acknowledgement.
