This company is a disgrace.

I paid for an Energy Performance Certificate survey in July 2022.

Then in January this year Mr Bradley Beazley, owner, unbelievably made a claim against me in the County Court.

I had no knowledge of his claim as nothing was sent by post. I have ended up having no choice but to pay £204 even though I owed nothing.

Absolutely immoral and extortionate business.

Mr Beazley. You are a liar. My cheque DID NOT BOUNCE. I have reported you to Trading Standards and also Action Fraud. You are a disgraceful person. This matter is most certainly not closed.

I was very impressed with Brad Beazley’s work to update the EPC. The appointment was easy to organize, on time, efficient and I very much appreciated all the good advice and tips from Brad on how best to improve the EPC rating going forward.
