"Absolutely horrendous "

The owner of the firm and one of her staff are rude, unprofessional and have no understanding of the family court system.

They completely f^^ked me over in my case on numerous things. Things I specifically asked for that they just didn't put through on the orders saying it was on there when it wasn't. Pressuring me to agree to things I was not comfortable with and giving my abuser WAY more than they were even asking for.

I wouldn't even trust them to be able to cook fries at maccas let alone defend me in a hearing. I got rid of them after the first hearing due to their incompetence and just flat out rudeness.

Clearly if someone is going through the family court system they have a high conflict or complex history with the other party. Well don't expect any kindness, sympathy or even general respect from the pathetic excuse for a law firm cause you won't get it. They are rude, nasty and just flat out horrible people with no sympathy or compassion for abuse victims.

I dont know how you sleep at night with how disgusting you treat people. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope karma gets the both you.

I have had the opportunity to meet the CFLS team and was very impressed by their unique approach to family law matters. The whole team works together seamlessly to achieve the best outcome for their clients. Clients also seem to be so well supported throughout their journey. In my previous experience, family law firms can be driven by money and forget that their clients are people just like them and need to be treated with respect and kindness.
