"Poor quality poster was sent"
Poor quality poster was sent, impossible to say that it was "inspected" before being shipped, it should never have left their facility. Instead of acknowledging the mistake they try to make it seem as though I am scamming them for a free poster. I have spent a lot of money with this company in the past and I consider this an insult. They ultimately decided they would fix the situation by sending a new poster but never followed through. There are plenty of other reputable companies out there that deserve the business.

"Ordered poster for wedding 2 weeks in…"
Ordered poster for wedding 2 weeks in advance, now 2 weeks AFTER wedding, we are still waiting for poster. Poster allegedly sent but sent through Fed Ex with USPS delivery and never arrived. Must be cheapest way possible. Also package "sent" reportedly 6x6" although poster 17x11". SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DEAL WITH MORE REPUTABLE BUSINESS!

I ordered a poster of a recreation of my Dad’s 68 Bronco for Father’s Day and the print time said 2-3 days with shipping up to a week. On the 4th day I received my package, and in great condition. I couldn’t ask for any better quality on the actual poster. It came out great and my dad loved it! Keep it up!

"Not a lot of effort"
Poster was supposed to take 2-3 days to print. It took just barely under a month. When it arrived it had scratches on the front, the sides had not been cut well (small parts of a white border showing despite charging me extra to have it cut off), and it wasn't worth the time and money it cost.

Never do business with this company. Just light your money on fire. Worst customer experience you could possibly ask for. Go anywhere else but here. Miguel Petines is horrible at his job and should seek alternative employment. Their return policy states you have 5 days to return the item for an exchange or refund. Miguel only answers one email a day, ensuring you will not meet the 5 day window. After he asked me to rip it up, I sent it back to their address intact. In their return policy, they should add " you will be asked for a courier tracking number if you return it to us." Apparently if you don't have the tracking number but they have your physical intact poster, it's lost forever in the abyss of returns at PosterBurner and you will have to purchase a replacement. Again, put this in your return policy. No tracking number, no poster. Horrible company to do business with. Never using them again.

"arrived damaged"
I paid for FedEx shipping and the mailing tube got dented which transferred onto my poster because there was no padding in the tube. I emailed and heard back from miguel~ he had me send another email with a pic of the poster torn into 4 pieces, which I did and never heard anything more about it! I've emailed requesting updates with absolutely zero response. I was so excited to get this print made but it's been just one big disappointment.
