MicrogenDX was an absolute life saver for me! I am a kidney transplant patient and I can easily get opportunistic infections that most people do not have to worry about. My team almost gave up on it but thankfully, thanks to MicrogenDX, we realized it was a Privotella Bivia infection - an anaerobic bacteria that does not easily grow on regular cultures.

Not only did this help me find the right treatment but it made my girlfriend realize she had issues with her vaginal flora, which was the source of her pain during intercourse. It truly is a new hope for patients who are immuno promised or dealing with difficult cultures!
