"I had a 1997 BMW M3 that needed new…"

I had a 1997 BMW M3 that needed new catalytic converters and was unable to pass smog. I ordered them through SuncentAuto. Never used them before, they had a great price for them. Sometime went by and notices they didn't arrive. I checked the tracking and it said they had been delivered but to my knowledge had not. After one or two emails they sent out replacements. Cool, end of story.....I thought. Upon cleaning the shop from a rather large project on a Porsche Carrera I came upon a box that I thought was something else completely different. Upon removing the contents it was evident that they were in fact the parts from SuncentAuto that I swore never arrived and were misdelivered.
Dina at SuncentAuto was so nice and surprised me by sending out a replacement set of converters. I thought I would have to wait and go through the process of whatever UPS does to determine the outcome. I receive shipments all the time and this has happened one other time.
This is a 5 star company.

"The LED light only lasted a little over…"

The LED light only lasted a little over a year.(the stock bulbs I replaced were 6 years old and still working) When I asked how long I should expect them to last I was told by the rep "about a year". I drove around with one light for a month waiting for Suncent Auto to get the correct information I needed to replace the part.(I needed the part number of the low beam I had originally ordered so it would match the bulbs I had purchased) Stand behind what you sell!!!

I received a damaged product that also was missing parts. They did eventually send me a replacement but, it took multiple phone calls and no returned emails or calls. I had to always contact them. It took a couple weeks just to get a resolve. This is why I gave three stars and not 4 or 5.

I ordered a part for my car but was sent a part that does not fit my car. I have requested a refund but no one is responding to the emails or voice messages...I just want my money back it 200.00 for God sake! Please do not buy anything from this company it appears to be a scam

After posting this review someone called me and said it would take 3-5 business days for a return address therfore it will be even longer for my refund...this is ridiculous! No one should ever have to wait this long for a return address or label....I even offered to pay for the return but was told I had to wait on an email! Ridiculous

"SCAM ALERT.."

SCAM ALERT..
We bought a set of wheel spacers 2 weeks ago for our volvo s80.
They bolt perfectly to the hubs but the studded end does not match the rim so this item is of no use to us due to the machining error. I have sent a photo and explanations of the problem and now requesting a refund of the $98.78 paid for this useless item but they are not answering my emails or phone call regarding how to get a refund for this junk.
The phone message says they are busy now but will return your call, but no one is returning my call .
I will contact the attorney general or or any government agency responsible for consumer protection in California or any other State relevant to their operations .
If I dont receive a reply in three days from today.

I finally got a reply today June 10th 2024 to our numerous request for a refund.
I will update this post with the final outcome as to whether we get a full refund for these defective parts and the expense to us to return these useless parts.

Oder a DPF delete pipe , box came in the mail damaged with tape cover up the big holes. On top of that I only get one pipe lol. I guess that’s what happens when you Oder cheap stuff smh. $200 for one pipe is diabolical
