They are fraud.
I tried to buy a domain from them. They took the amount but never brought the domain.
I opened a few tickets but they made it close without any response.

"The do not issue a refund"

Be aware, in my case I have not received a refund. Hosting plan was cancelled in the 15 day period, but refund was never issued. I created two tickets regarding the refund, but both of them just disappeared without any response.
