Absolutely dreadful company. Stay away!
I made a purchase with this company through asos marketplace and waiting over 2 months to still not receive my goods. When I messaged I was told I needed to wait 20 working days which I had done, then when I asked how I can tracking it I was told to be patient. I asked how to complain or escalate the lack of communication or goods and have just been ignored since.
I honestly believe this is a corrupt company who just takes your money and hope you won’t chase it.
PLEASE STAY AWAY YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS OR ANY COMMUNICATION.

"Would give zero if I could"
Would give zero if I could. Ordered trainer's, never arrived communication is terrible when they eventually reply it's all 'oh were so sorry we will sort it asap for you sir' and then nothing. Glad I paid by PayPal-have opened a dispute to finally get money back 2 months after order just hope they refund me! Wish I read reviews before ordering from these conmen.

Same as others on here, would have given zero stars if I could. Ordered trainers on 11 December 2021, still not arrived. Chased several times and asked for a refund which has been refused! Disgraceful company, will never order again and I have made sure all my family, friends and colleagues know how bad the company is. Absurd by name absurd in business!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars but that options not available, I ordered 3 pairs of trainers in total, I waited 2 months to receive 1 pair and I've never received the last 2 pairs, they used to be up and running on asos marketplace but are no longer up there, I was made several promises by this company as they messed up my order several times but in the end they stopped responding to my messages and won't even pick up my calls, I've tried so hard to fix this but they're just not professional enough, to be honest it seems like they are ran by really young & inexperienced individuals, I'm disgusted at how they've treated me and this entire situation, its a shame because I actually wanted to support this brand but they treated me unfairly and I don't recommend anybody purchasing from them, it took 2 months for an item to arrive, and the rest of the order isn't even completed as they ignore all my attempts at contacting them, its not worth the head ache, save yourself the stress and money and do not buy, absurd clothing is a fitting name as their services are absurd.

"Absurd by name, ABSURD by nature"
I was approached to become an ambassador. I did my due diligence, saw they were on here, features in magazines, ASOS marketplace and a small brand. Got a phone call from a chap called Will and agreed to do it. I ordered a tracksuit and beanie on 04th December. I chased 01st January, then again and again. I went through the Shop app and logged an issue. 10th January and the tracksuit is "in transit" today my beanie has been sent via Royal Mail following further emails. As yet neither item has arrived- Hermes have not even received the tracksuit yet according to the tracking! I had high hopes for this company, sadly the customer service is non existent, they don't follow their own complaints policy, if you get any kind of response you're lucky. Genuinely gutted as I think this brand is great. However I wouldn't recommend it now after this experience and will not be purchasing anything further and most definitely will not be an ambassador! **update I received an email stating if I wasn't happy with the goods when they arrive, I can apply for a refund. The link attached took me to the refund info. The tracksuit arrived today (22 Jan 22) and seriously save your money, it's like a Poundland tracksuit that's been printed on. Beanie arrived 24th Jan 22 and it's lovely! Great quality. My son likes the tracksuit so he's having that and I'm keeping the beanie. Such a shame that with early contact this would have been a much more positive review, I will not be ordering anything else though**
