"THE WORST COMPANY!!!!!!"
THE WORST COMPANY!!!!!!! DO NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! Terrible customer service. I signed up for the test because I was flying into London and the Government required me to sign up for a PRC test within 2 days of arrival. They say on the site the test will be 15 GBP but when I purchased it, they charged me 99 GBP. Because this is a test required by the UK, I went ahead and paid. 01Traveltest did not deliver until 10 days later. I repeatedly tried to reach them on the phone and send many emails informing them since they did not deliver the test when they said they would I had to get tested elsewhere in order to not break the law. I have spent at least 10 hours on the phone (international charges) trying to get a refund, I have waited hours and hours with no answer day after day. Even after I refused the delivery they delivered again days later by just leaving it outside the house. They still refuse to process the refund. These guys are crooks!!!!!!

"Stay away from this company"
Stay away from this company! It’s a fraud. They take your money but send you nothing. Despite emailing them numerous times, there is zero response. Still waiting to receive a day 2 test, and it’s day 4. How they can be government endorsed is a joke. Who vets these companies to supply and comply with government guidelines when they are clearly in breech. I have raised it with my bank who are investigating the transaction.

The test arrived on day three after my arrival although I booked a week earlier. I am now on day six and still waiting for a result. With it being New Years day tomorrow and then a Sunday I don't have my hopes up to get a result before day ten but even if, it will have been a full week. I wish I had checked reviews before but I trusted the government approved company

"Very bad experience"
Very bad experience. We were requested to pay extra fee for urgent delivery and we received the tests 4 days later than our arrival in the UK. One week later, after we posted our tests we still did not receive our results. We will leave the UK in a few days and we haven’t even received our results. We are supposed to self isolate during all this time. We would like to request full reimbursement of the 150£ we paid (for 2 people). We sent mails to the customer service and we have no response…

If I could give zero stars I certainly would. I booked and paid for 2 (day 2 ) PCR tests at a cost of £129.98 plus express delivery @ £15. This was paid for on the 20th Dec for the PCR tests to be taken on the 29th. Order #9552. Nothing has been delivered. Nobody has responded to my email. Nobody answers the published telephone number on their website. The UK government website that publishes and recommends this company needs to take this company off their website. Basically they have taken our money for nothing but the code to enter into the locator form. Obviously the government aren’t really concerned about providing a day 2 negative PCR result. So why are we paying for this?
