Ich habe mich wegen eines Produktes erst im Internet informiert. Dann wurde ich auf Grund meiner Bestellung darauf hingewiesen, dass in der gewünschten Konfiguration nicht alle meine Wünsche umgesetzt werden können. Ich fühle mich gut beraten, zumal der "zusätzliche" Arbeitsaufwand von Herrn Bauer selbständig angegangen.

Verkauft Ware die gar nicht lieferbar ist als "Sofort verfügbar", innerhalb weniger Minuten erfolgt die Stornierung, die Rückzahlung lässt aber auf sich warten

Artikel zu nem guten Kurs bestellt, dann: "Artikel ausverkauft". Hmm, will sich da jemand aus der Affäre ziehen?

Vorsicht Unseriös. Von diesem Händler kann man nur abraten. Gewährleistung wird nicht eingehalten und pers. Daten werden ohne weiteres an 3te weitergegeben.

"FINGER WEG! ⚠️"

Verkäufer bietet Ware bei Amazon an, die dann plötzlich nicht verfügbar sein soll.

Ich darf nun meinem Geld hinterher laufen, welches von Amazon dennoch eingezogen wird.

Hatte letzte Woche Probleme meinen Rechner zu starten. Lies sich auch nicht mehr neu konfigurieren.
Der Techniker hörte sich mein Problem an und brachte den PC wieder zum Laufen. Schnell und preiswert. So muss das sein. Bin sehr zufrieden.

"GPUs for days"

As I was waiting for my order of 2x RTX 3060 Ti to get processed I read some of the other reviews here and got a little bit worried. But it turns out there was nothing to worry about. I don't even live in Germany and I received my package a few days after placing the order. Given the GPU shortage we're seeing nowadays I think that's great. Also this was the cheapest store I could find that was shipping outside of Germany. So I think it's unfair that there are so many bad reviews, but unfortunately it's usually people who've had a bad experience who tend to write reviews.

Hallo, bei PC King habe ich eine Grafikarte bestellt, wie sich zuhause nach korrekter schneller Lieferung herausstellt, war mein Netzteil am OPC zu schwach dimensioniert.
GraKa wieser zurück gesendet, selbstverständlich in Original-Verpackung, Nach 1 Woche hatte ich meine Gutschrift wieder auf dem Konto. Alles korrekt, aus meiner Sicht besteht nicht der leiseste Grund zum Meckern.

"Druckkopf"

Habe bei Amazon einen Druckkopf bestellt, der leider falsch war. Ich dachte die Bezeichnung ist immer die gleiche. Denkste, da er noch nie ausgewechselt werden musste, war das Dilemma da. Die Kollegen von PC King sind sogar Samstags erreichbar und haben mir geholfen. R.Linke

"Paypal ONLY - no bank transfers or purchase orders."

I made bank transfer and sent a "proof of payment" of € 1,200 in a form of bank transfer statement. That would allow them to reserve the hardware (Nvidia 3080).

All they did is ignored mails, sold the card and send message "hardware not available".

I understand this is Nvidia 3080 madness, but not reading emails with bank transfer evidence is not acceptable. Excuse "too many emails" is your problem, read titles at least.

I am not buying 1€ phone screen protector, i am buying rip-off / scalpered nvidia 3080 card for 400€ over the regular price. That's how you respect my money.

- 3 stars for have I received money when they received it the same day.

- 0 stars for not reading emails with payment proofs.

- 0 stars for not reserving hardware after payment and payment evidence.

- 3 stars for speaking english and answering phone. (if you sell on EU market then that what you need to speak, still 3 stars because others don't speak it)

2 stars result. It's not scam, just lazyness.

My advice: call in advance and make sure that vorkasse is valid channel of payment for rare products.
