Delivery late, and half of the Roses dead. this was the last time with Euroflorist.
Do not waste your time, I have used them five times and every time there was something wrong. Don't get fooled by the Website !!!!!!!!

"What a disaster"

What a disaster, worst company ever. I cant understand how they are still operating.I placed an order one week before delivery for flowers and wine as a birthday gift for a relative. There was a little added bonus on the website for a small packet of free chocolates which I thought was quite nice. The evening my chosen purchase were being shipped I received an e-mail stating the wine was out of stock and they were refunding me. I would have like to have the option to replace the wine but sadly my puchase was in the process of delivery. I was offered a 20% discount on a future order which I have no intension of using. I would never encourage anyone to puchase from this company. What I found even more dissapointing was the flowers that were delivered were nothing like the bouquet I had chosen from their website I only wish I could post the photo comparisons of the flowers ordered and what was received. A complete dissapointment and a disaster. I would never reccomend Euroflorist Berlin to anyone.

Der Blumenstrauß wurde pünktlich übergeben,hatte aber Zweige im Strauß die ihre Blätter schon verloren.
Das machte den Strauß so schön er gebunden war,
unansehnlich.

"Dead flowers"

Ordered flowers for an elderly relative to be delivered on May 31st - they delivered on June 10th. They actually delivered a bunch or rotten smelly flowers to an elderly woman! On a positive note, I contacted customer service who responded immediately with a remedy.

Habe die Bestellung aufgegeben und extra dafür gezahlt, dass es am selben Tag ankommt! Habe nie eine Mail mit einer Sendungsnummer erhalten, bis heute. Den Kundendienst kann man telefonisch nicht erreichen und der Live Chat versteht KI nichts.
Ich bin gespannt, ob die Blumen überhaupt ankommen! Ich denke, dass die Seite eher eine Scam Seite ist und ich darauf nicht eingefallen bin.

Blumen kamen pünktlich an. Die Qualität der Blumen war auch echt gut. Nur leider war die Größe und Qualität des Bindens für den Preis echt schlecht. Als hätte man immer ein Bündel der Blumen genommen und einfach zusammen gebunden. Ich weis das es nie so wie auf dem Bild im Internet aussieht, aber das hätte jedes Kind hinbekomme den Strauß so zu binden. Zum Glück wurde sich trotzdem gefreut, sonst wären es 2 Sterne!

"zu teuer, mickrig und schlechter Kundendienst"

Ich werde NIE wieder bei Euroflorist bestellen. Es war eine Zumutung!!!! Ich hab einen Blumenstrauss zum Muttertag bestellt der auch rechtzeitig ankam aber sonnst war alles unmoeglich! Der Blumenstrauss kam mit geknickten Blumen an. Sa aus wie wenn er beim Transport umgefallen ist denn die Seite der Kiste war komplet nass. Es war nicht der Strauss den ich bestellt hatte war nochdazu mickrig und nach zwei Tagen schon verwelkt. Daraufhin habe ich mich beschwert und eine email geschrieben (mit Beweisfotos) und habe bis heute keine Antwort bekommen!

We ordered flowers for my grandmother's birthday. She received a terrible bunch of flowers. Wont be using Euroflorist again. Wish i could load the photo's to show proof of the poor quality flowers.

I ordered flowers on 5.07 and 3days later still didn’t got any massage when they finally in Germany, and by DPD stays that they travel from Netherlands to Germany and now they back in Netherlands like i think the flowers is gonna be dead when i finally gonna get them.

I dont recommend this service
I needed flowers for the Birthdays but for that i just got nothing
