Abzocke! 30€ für ein paar lieblos zusammengelegte Blumen, zum Teil schon verwelkt angekommen und dann noch zu spät geliefert. NIE WIEDER!

Ich habe zum ersten Mal bei Eoroflorist bestellt.
Auch wenn nicht alles geklappt hat, so finde ich das Unternehmen, freundllich und nett. Man ist sehr bemüht und handelt kompetent wie auch zuvorkommend. Der Kunde ist und bleibt König!
Nach dem Motto: wo gearbeitet wird, passieren Fehler"
Gebe ich nach meinen Erfahrungen Euroflorist vier Sterne. Ich werde wieder bestellen. Irmgard Bösch

"Issues with the express delivery "

The express delivery didn't work out as promised but the flowers (very nice flowers ) were delivered the following day. I will upgrade to 4 stars instead of the original 1 star.
So safe to stay the Express delivery is not a real thing but I am grateful nevertheless.

The express delivery is a scam. The live chat option connects to a BOT that gives the same responses that are not helpful.
I really wanted to surprise my partner with flowers before she resumed her work and I paid for express delivery because I wanted to make sure that she got everything timely on the particular day as this had been listed to be possible. Unfortunately besides the order number no further information was given regards the status of the order and nothing was delivered. Now I wait for flowers to be delivered to my dissappoitned partner's house who has now left her address.

Ihr wirbt mit das der Strauß am nächsten Tag ankommen soll und nun ist der Strauß noch nicht mal auf dem Weg dahin !!! Was soll der Strauß denn morgen wenn sie heute Geburtstag hat !? Werde ich definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen das ist sehr ärgerlich 😡

"Very disappointed with the service"

I ordered a flower and a wine for a friend in Germany on her birthday. I ordered it 15/03/2024 to be deliver on the 16th of March to surprise her on her birthday. I received an email stating it is already on the delivery depot on the 16th of march. Trying to ring euroflorist germany office but with no luck and i was on hold for 10 mins. Then Sunday 17th of march i did not get any response nor update with my queries and there is no answer on their office. Again at this stage im raging and very disappointed. Then at last on the 18th of march it was delivered but then it is not the flower that ive paid and ordered for and it looks like its not a fresh flower at all. If you need a picture of the flowers that ive ordered and the flowers that was delivered i will send it to you. I would be very appreciative if you can do an investigation on this issue. I will still awaiting confirmation from my friend if she received the wine or not.

"Enttäuscht "

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht die Blumen sollten für eine Freundin im Krankenhaus sein. Sollten am Samstag 16.03.24 ankommen . Kamen erst heute am Montag und waren schon sehr welk zum Teil. Echt schade

Gute Auswahl an Blumensträuße und einfache Bedienung. 5 Tage vor Liefertermin bestellt und sogar 3 Tage nach dem Termin ust der Strauß immer noch nicht da. Sehr enttäuschend

"Unreliable"

I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday, I wanted to surprise her and wish her a happy birthday with some nice flowers. But unfortunately, they didn't get delivered on her birthday neither one day later.
I'm very disappointed, heartbroken and will never come back to this website.

"This is the worst company ever"

This is the worst company ever! I ordered a flower bouquet for my mother (in Germany). My order should contain a flower bouquet (product- “Ich bin bei Dir!” In big size ), one Geschenkpaket and one box of chocolate. But here start everything. When my mom received the package, the flower bouquet wasn’t even what I ordered! The flower was different then what I ordered and pretty sure it was a small size bouquet, not big size. The one that I bought had 3 kinds of flowers, but the one that I got had only 2 and only one was the same as the picture. Then, the other funny thing is that she didn’t even got the Geschenkpaket, even if I paid for it. And because of that, the flowers has died the next day, like they already were old. I tried to contact the company. I send them some photos too. But nothing! A week has passed since! I paid a lot of money for something I never received!!! I’m mad and disappointed, the flower should be for the women’s day but they basically destroy the surprise. Please think twice before order. Even if you pay 15€ more at the other companies, do it! You will not be disappointed!! This is my first and last order with them.

Unvollständige Lieferung. Geschenkidee völlig ruiniert und Absender blamiert. Nie wieder!
