"Shoe sizing and review deletions"
I bought a pair of the pink Jeanne shoes in a size 8. The descriptions recommends sizing down if you’re between sizes in order to wear socks with it, but 8 is my regular size. When I received the shoes, there was 1.5 centimeters of space between my heel and the back of the shoe. Stuffing my toe, adding an insole, and adding a heel grip all didn’t work to keep it on my foot. Socks certainly didn’t help. No returns since I bought it on sale. They were adorable, but had a couple of other issues and I left a two star review saying that other customers should size down no matter what, not just if they’re between sizes. The size chart was inaccurate. As of writing this review, however, this is not available on the shoe listing on their website. This, the lack of anything below 3 stars on all of their other items, and the other Trustpilot review all lend me to believe they that carefully monitor and delete negative feedback from their website.
EDIT: The owner graciously offered a refund after I reached out. The reviews on their site are run through a third party service. Best of luck to the Kitteny team.

I recently purchased a dress. I received the dress with a small defect and a sizing issue. After bringing it up they quickly resolved the issue with kindness.
Otherwise though, the stitching and fabric quality seem very good, and the small details on each piece are super cute.
The product pictures and reviews for many products are clearly specified and shown. Which I really enjoy. So, I believe as long as you fully read the description of the product you are buying, you will be very happy about your purchase.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I had a beyond bad customer service after I thought I had found my new favorite brand. I paid 148 plus tax for the pink cherise shoes. I was so excited to receive them cause I’m obsessed with the roses and rosettes right now, I was waiting to try them on to make sure they fit right to order the ones in red along with some dresses but when they finally got here, one of the shoes had extremely wrinkled heel and base, it looks super bad, like there was something wrong with quality control, don't tell me its cause its a leather shoe cause I have a lot of handmade leather shoes and they don't look like that, even the heels of used cherise shoes on sale on Poshmark look better than the new one I received (I would have received a nicer better condition pair if I had ordered the used ones on poshmark)… so I emailed twice and provided pictures in both emails and I didn't even get a response, not even a sorry you cant exchange, nothing, zero response after a week of emailing twice. For this reason you lost a new customer that was about to put a second order of +500 dollars.. I’ll continue to take my money to revolve or for love and lemons better, websites and customer service I can actually trust, thanks
Edit: they emailed me right away after seeing my review and offered me to return them without the box and tag cause I already thew them out after a week, all for a full refund. I re-ordered the shoes with my credit card before getting the refund cause I don't want them to sold out, I’ll for sure order the red ones and other stuff if pink come in good condition, thanks a lot!

The clothes are cute and well made but unfortunately they do run much smaller than the size chart and if you point that out on the website, the owner argues with you about it. The dresses are almost always modeled on someone very thin and that wouldn’t be a problem if the brand just catered to smaller bodies, I just wish they wouldn’t pretend they didn’t. I’m a 34B and a size 4-6 in most brands but in Kitteny I buy a medium and the adjustable lace up back still stretches to capacity in order for me to fit, and that’s every garment.

Kitteny has quickly become one of my favorite small brands. I adore fashion and feminine styles, and its like they read my mind with the dresses and adorable sets they put out. Their customer service is top-notch, if there’s ever an issue with my orders they are quick to help me out. I’m also very petite and lately I’ve noticed many brands have just been making their sizes bigger and bigger which is not ideal for me. Kitteny has a wonderful range of sizes and the clothes fit and flatter me like they were made just for me. Thanks Kitteny for giving me the clothes I need to feel like a princess! ☺️💕

I love Kitteny! I have ordered form then three times, all received within a week, and fall in love with every piece I buy. Great quality and you can tell the owner really cares and works hard for her brand. Honestly not even pricey considering the quality and what fast fashion brands charge for unethical clothes with cheap material. I cannot recommend this brand enough!

Clothes are cute but the company isn’t the best to deal with it there are any issues with shipping or you need a refund. It has been a nightmare to be honest.
There was an issue with shipping and I thought the package was lost. I contacted kitteny about it and they basically told me I’m outta luck because I didn’t purchase the extra package protection. They advertise free shipping yet it’s a little disingenuous as it is not truly free when you must purchase package protection so you don’t lose hundreds of dollars in the mail. I have also never had this happen to me ever living at this address so basically if the company messes up and the package doesn’t arrive you are still outta luck.
The clothes were okay. A little pricey for the quality of fabric and what they are but it’s a small business so I am willing to pay the premium. Be wary that they fit tighter than the stated size chart on the website. Maybe it was my bad experience with customer service that soured my opinion on the clothes themselves. I don’t know. But I wanted a refund.
It took almost a month for me to even see a refund notification. I didn’t get refunded the full amount even after accounting for the shipping return label fee. Nowhere in their return policy does it state a reason someone would get less than the full amount. (The clothes were still brand new. I tried them on once. Surely simply trying them on very carefully isn’t enough for them to be less than new? Maybe for kitteny it is.) Nowhere in the return notification does it say WHY I got less than the full amount refunded. Very shady.
I was thinking of reordering for a different size but this has been a nightmare and I am done with this company.
