The items look nice but the delivery was horrible. Almost 3 weeks???? It drove me crazy waiting for my items!

Update 6/13/2024 : Shineful has contacted me and they're going to send the correct sized set. I bought the King/Cal King bedspread w/2 pillow shams. The bedspread is NOT King sized and the pillow shams are regular sized, not King sized. It would maybe fit a double or Queen sized bed. I'm very disappointed.

This company is wonderful. If you have any issues or need to contact someone they get back to you right away which I think is really important when you purchase something on their website. Great products and very responsive to messages. Thank you so much.

Cute design but took SO LONG TO ARRIVE! Keeps cold overnight on my nightstand but not in car. Let’s face it I didn’t buy it for any other reason other than the design. But what bothered me the most is that it took so long that I had even forgotten that I ordered it. Thanks. Eileen

UPDATE: They did refund me my money. I also have finally received 8 out of the 12 cups. None came with straws but I can’t complain because they did refund my money.

UPDATE: June 21st. After blaming USPS again, they did start the process for a full refund. It says it will take up to 10 business days. So for that Thank You. I just wish I had received my order for my softball girls. I was excited when I placed my order as those tumblers did look pretty amazing. I hope no one else has to deal with this type of situation.

UPDATE: It’s June 20th. I nor USPS have my order yet. I just wanted these cute tumblers for my softball girls. This has been a horrid experience. I am so disappointed and so upset over this.

Only gave a 1 star because I have to hit at least one. I ordered 12 tumblers back at the end of April. I have messaged them several times now as I still do not have my product, neither does USPS like they keep claiming. My original delivery date was May 10th-20th. I didn’t get my order so I messaged them. They then told me I would have it by May 25th, still not delivered. So I messaged them AGAIN, this time they said I would have it by June 6th, and if I didn’t have it by June 6th I would get a complete refund. June 6th comes and goes, and guess what? Still nothing. I message them, they give me a run around, refusing my refund stating that I’m like in a isolated location and that’s why it’s taking so long- they even googled my house and sent me a picture of my house. I’m not in an isolated location for the record. I call USPS they Informed me that a shipping label has been created but that no packages have been received and that shipping hasn’t even been paid. So- I told company I would be contacting my credit card for fraud and all Shineful said at that point was “oh that’s because it’s not in your state yet, and “We truly advise you to be patient” back on May 12th I received email from them stating my products were successfully mailed. It’s a several hundred dollar order for my softball team as a end of season gift for them.
SHAME ON THIS So Called COMPANY. I do have all emails and conversations printed out for my records.

LOVE the outside of my 3 tumblers, but they DO NOT keep beverages cold or even keep ice from melting… NOT IMPRESSED with anything but the outside! Got lots of compliments.
