"I loved the ornaments"

I loved the ornaments, however, one of my ornaments is missing part of the picture, which made me sad since I ordered 2 of them. That being said, for the most part, the ornaments are amazing.

Very good quality! I’m excited to give this to my son. I would definitely order from this company again!

I was not updated on my order. The tracking stopped on 11/28 and it arrived on 12/8. I sent an email to ask about my order and did not receive a response.
As for the ornaments-they were okay. Not like I expected from the ad, but they were adequate. I won’t order again.

"HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED"

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Ad made it look like more of a 3d ornament and this is was a photo printed on acrylic with the background removed. I could have done that myself. If all you want is a photo ornament you can get them faster and cheaper elsewhere.

Good communications just assumed ornament would be a bit larger since on the net I got that impression.

My ornament was received today, and I am pleasantly surprised. It came out terrific and I can’t wait for my daughter to receive her present. The communication between the date of the order and my delivery day, was exceptional. I commend your company for their exceptional customer service. Thank you Amelia you found a great company. "This is nothing like what it showed on…"

This is nothing like what it showed on Facebook it’s supposed to be a 3-D hanging ornament. This is just a picture stuck between two pieces of plastic and it’s very small. Very very disappointed.

Ornaments look great, could be a little bigger but I used a panoramic photo, and the quality of the pic is great still. Shipping took a while.

"Not a 3D Representation"

The picture was true to what I sent but the ad made it look like it would be a 3D representation, which it was not.
Wish I had known.
Also I received 2 updates that it was delivered for a week before it actually arrived.
