Jeg anbefaler INGEN at handle her!! Jeg placerede en ordre den 18. juni 2024 - i skrivende stund er det 107 dage siden!! Pengene blev trukket et par dage efter, men jeg har endnu ikke modtaget mine varer! Har kontaktet 'kundeservice' flere gange pr. e-mail, men jeg hører intet tilbage.

Der var intet der levede op til mine forventninger. Jeg bestilte den 9/7, så over en måned siden. Pengene blev trukket et par dage efter. 2 gange siden har jeg skrevet til dem. Ingen respons - ingen pakke i posten til mig. Men pengene fik de da taget.

Jeg modtog endelig min pakke. Og de har svaret mig herinde, som man kan se.
Så den del gik iorden. Jeg undrer mig dig stadig over meget mangelfuld kommunikation fra deres side af. Især da de åbenbart vidste at min pakke i første omgang var forsvundet. Havde de kommunikeret dette ud til mig, så vidste jeg jo hvorfor det tog så lang tid og anmeldelsen ville have været anderledes.

Jeg bestilte nogle strips til blodsukkermåling. Det tog lidt tid at vente på dem, men de nåede frem. Og der blev fundet en løsning på problemet.

23 days ago I ordered from Diabethrive and received an email confirming the order. Then nothing, and no response to communications. So I wrote a 1-star review here and they immediately contacted me. Charming and very literate (in English, they are in Denmark I discovered) response explaining their email service has malfunctioned, but the package did ship. They also refunded my money. I told them there was no need, but they insisted and said they wanted a long-term relationship. I was truly impressed and removed the review.

For the sake of exchange, I gave them some tips about improving their website. Received more impressive and appreciative emails, and they even said they wanted to collaborate. The owner wanted to arrange a Zoom meeting a week later. I am retired, but agreed to at least talk face to face, simply because, by then, I wished to help them. Never heard from him since.

When I next I checked on their site for the status of the order, it still showed "pending", so I inquired again. Got an email assuring me it was shipped, claiming their website went a bit strange after an update, and promising to send me a tracking number. That was about two weeks ago. Deathly silence since.

Whether they hope some people would give up on unfulfilled orders, or - more likely - they want to capture and misuse credit card info, I couldn't tell. But I sure recommend avoiding them.

Jeg synes det er fedt man har 24timer overvågning på sit blodsukker. Dejligt man ikke kan stikke sig i fingeren.

Jeg har modtaget både pumpebælte samt sensorholdere fra DiabeThrive. Meget hurtig respons i både bestilling og levering. De havde ikke sensorholder til medtronic guardian 4 men i løbet af et par uger var den i sortiment og med god opfølgning til mig. Jeg er meget meget tilfreds.

This super nice gentleman named Julian Arnautu, the owner of diabethrive.com, he contacted me a couple of months ago and wanted to sell my products Diahelp. Before I sent his order for about 100 products he had already started selling them on his website quickly I both sent out the order to his customers and also paid for both postage and products.Anything to help. I then post his order. At the same time as he is very nice as I said. He also really, really wants me to get two of his products that I don't even need. So he sends them to me and is very proud that he offered me two of his products. Once he received my products, he has already sold several. Then it gets quiet. From having constant contact around the clock to silence. Then I knew what his plan was. So it was just a matter of waiting. Then came a long and well-worded standard email he uses every time he does the same to other companies and suppliers. Blames himself, that he expected me to sell his products. A really cowardly and ugly way to be able to steal someone else's idea and products. I already said on day 1 that I don't have time to bring in more products, which he approved. So he puts this into a system. Now today he markets copies of my products, the text he markets with are texts I wrote. Copying someone else's products and ideas is one thing. What I react to the most is the way he does it. So elaborated in the smallest detail. Exactly according to a manual in different steps. First contact me and be very nice and interested. Then lie about wanting to give away two of his products so badly, meanwhile his plan from the start is to steal everything. Then when he stole everything, the usual email he always uses comes. Everything is my fault. He is disappointed that I don't want to cooperate, that they have a policy that in this case I have to sell his stuff. The worst of all. He has ordered things from me. Business to business. He wanted everything on one invoice. He did not want to pay that invoice immediately, but asked on his bare knees to pay it in 10 days. So calculated, studied and ugly done. For a paltry 450 EUR. How can it be worth spending so much time to scam someone for only 450EUR? How can you as a person feel about being such an accomplished liar? It's not very far from psychopath. Do you think he even sent back my products? Of course not.

FYI : I have saved and cut together a timeline where you can see how Julian clearly planned to get all the information out of me, how he can get me to send him free products to pretend he is interested in selling our products.

In the meantime, he writes to me how important honesty is to him. More several times. Just like what you see in movies how scammers do. Takes maximum advantage of the kindness of others and then does the absolute most undignified thing of all - from being the nicest guy to going completely silent and then hiding behind what looks like a letter from a lawyer - detailed narcissistic blaming of the one who helped him with everything and finally refuse to pay and do the right thing for himself.

Do you think there is a single product he sells that isn't someone else's that he hasn't done the exact same thing with, taking advantage of another person's kindness and helpfulness?

Do you really want to be a part of this if you buy products from him? Do you want me to place his set up here and show you? No, I do not do that. Only if Julian tries continues to play the victim and blame others for taking advantage of them, if he somehow tries to evade or not own up to what he does and has done. Then I will post everything in detail. Until then, this will suffice. Normally, I don't care in the least if someone copies my business idea. But this was on a whole other level. Julian talked about us being friends, very personally and I went along with it. Then in just one day he turns around and the email arrives. Quite similar to certain behaviors you usually only see in movies :)
