"Nice leatherwork but rust is terrible"

I use one of their saddlebags for over a week now. and already all of the metal component are rusted. They are NOT beginning to rust. they are actually completely rusted looking like its years worth of rust.
Leather work is excellend tho.
But i woudnt recommend it to anyone other than people who like the style of rust.

I purchased a set of vendetta saddlebags and I am
very happy with them.
They are a good size and unlike the kawasaki bags
for the vulcan s they have a lock.
They took around 3 weeks to arrive and the only
complaint I have is there was very little communication
After the initial purchase acknowledgement I heard
nothing for 2 weeks and found no information
regarding what was normal time-wise.
Can’t wait to try them out properly.

"May be closed? No response, no refund"

The place may be closed. They are not responding to my contacts, anyways. I ordered a bag on 28/5. After I ordered it I saw that it may need the support bracket so I emailed and asked. They replied that yes, I needed it, and if I used PayPal to send the 29€ they would add it to the order. I sent 29€. Then I got an email saying that they could not add it to the bag order because the bag had already shipped. They said they would refund the 29€ on 02/06. They did NOT issue a refund. I have messaged, sent emails, and tried to call. There has been ZERO response from CustomZSpain.

Espero que esté negocio tenga poco recorrido.
No compréis aquí, no se merecen estar en el mercado.

J’ai reçu ma sacoche et l’écarteur pour une w800. Tout est parfait et le cuir est épais. Facile à monter.

Je viens de recevoir mes sacoches pour interceptor. Pas facile à trouver...
Déjà content d'en avoir trouvées (les pots d'échappement sont inclinés, on ne peut donc pas mettre des sacoches lambda.)
Elles s'adaptent parfaitement sur le porte sacoches que j'avais fait mettre.
Par ailleurs, elles me semblent de bonne qualité (cuir epais de 3 mm).
Je les ai reçues dans les délais.
Je recommande chaudement "custom spain".

No entiendo muy bien estas opiniones que me hicieron dudar del proveedor, pero en mi caso que soy de Valencia, pedí una corbata para mi guzzi V7III e hice una transferencia...en tiempo record me la trajeron, encima dudé con el color y por teléfono me lo arreglaron, recibí tres emails.

Pour moi également les avis m'avaient fait un peu réfléchir, mais la communication avec Rafaël a été excellente depuis le début, et j'ai reçu la sacoche, une SCIPION pour ma Bonneville, très rapidement, ainsi qu'un sac à outils. J'avais pris l'option des clips, ce qui est plus pratique à l'usage, ainsi que l'adaptation au support d'origine. Tout était parfait, communication, produits et livraison. Je recommande vivement ce site, les produits étant de qualité et bien faits, les tarifs très intéressants par rapport à la concurrence.
