"Impossible to refund or exchange"
I ordered one of these dog coats via Etsy but only as a guest user. The coat was too big, probably due to my poor measuring. I had to contact Spuds dog coats directly to try and exchange for a smaller one. The owner kept directing me back to Etsy, even though my contract of sale was with Spuds dog coats directly. She was incredibly unhelpful. I've given up now and have a coat that doesn't fit which I'll alter myself.
The coat itself is fine. Quality is what you'd expect it to be for the price

"Order never received and emails ignored"
never received my order because they use Evri, who I know aren’t the best delivery company and we can’t blame Spuds for their mistakes, but feel I’ve had no help getting an answer or refund for my order. Emails were initially answered to say I have to flag it myself but I’m unable to as it needs to be chased up by the company itself. I didn’t want to put Spuds out of pocket and request another coat before we had tried to get through to Evri but since then, my emails have been ignored and I’m the one who has been left out of pocket. Very disappointed with the lack of help and ignorance 😕

I ordered in October coat and PJ for my dog. Despite the measurements they came too small, the seller tried to blame me for it. I sent the clothes back, the seller claimed to have reworked them, only clothes so far have not returned to me. The seller no longer responds to the message. Scammers

"My Greyhound Loves Spud's Onsies"
I have just received a onsie for my young greyhound and couldn't be happier. My greyhound shares a household that also has a husky so ramping the central heating up is not an option for me. The onsie was custom made from measurements that I provided using the guide provided on the website and it fits perfectly. I rang the vendor to get advice on how to measure my dog and delivery timescales and she couldn't be more helpful. Will be putting in another order for a couple more onsies after Christmas because the quality is outstanding and great value for money. I highly recommend

The owner of this company is extremely rude and untruthful.
I ordered a coat for my greyhound on the 18th November. It said it was shipped on 19th and expected to arrive 22nd. I messaged on the 24th just advising it hadn’t arrived as I’m aware of how COVID is impacting post. She spoke to me like I was stupid. It got to the 2nd December and it still hadnt arrived I messaged a further 3 times this week and did not recieve a reply until I opened a case with Etsy. She then lied and said she had sent me several messages I have proof I recieved no messages and then tried to accuse me of being abusive! I am absolutely appalled at this customer service and would never order from this company again or recommend them to anyone else. Also did not reply when I asked for a tracking number and when I asked for proof the parcel was even sent. She then went on to calling me a sad sad woman and threatening me with what goes around comes around because I asked for proof of item being sent!
Do not bother. Very unprofessional and appalling behaviour.
