Both sets of gloves - the rubber strips have come away, when this first happened I contacted Preisol on FB, and they recommended using the 2nd pair, which I now have and the same has happened. Since contacting Preisol I have received a positive response, they will be providing me with another pair of gloves, That's the kind of customer service I like. Thank you, Preisol.

In recent years, I've purchased several pairs of these gloves in various sizes. They've been an absolute lifesaver for me, especially considering my severe pain disorder, which causes my affected areas to swell severely and feel like they're burning. Full-fingered gloves are too hot for me to handle, but these have been a perfect fit. I've tested out other brands, but none have compared to these personally because of their exceptional breathability.

You told me it was en route. You said it wouldctake 3 days on your advert. I made my order 28 February. Have not heard anything progressive yet as putting the onus on me and I am rhe one out of pocket

"Preisol's fingerless gloves for…Unravelling"
Preisol's fingerless gloves for arthritis sufferers are much more expensive than most of their competitors, so they should be better. No way. I bought 6 pairs, 2 for a friend. Only one pair has remained without problems. One seam was unravelling on arrival. The other five all lost some strips which the company said to be an integral part of the design. After a number of complaints one replacement pair was sent. When the company thanked me for contributing to their research on the mark 2 design it felt like the ultimate insult.
