"Look elsewhere wouldn’t recommend this company"
Honestly I think this company deserves all the bad reviews it has. I called on the 13/2/25 requesting a manual MWB van. Was told they had it in stock and even collection from a London local depot. However on the day of payment for the £1000 deposit they said my van was suddenly unavailable only allowing me to collect a Small Van which was automatic and I had to travel from London to Worthing to collect. Collected the van and 2 days later the van had completely stopped working absolute joke. And completely inconvenienced me regarding my work. Would highly not recommend at this point in time.

All services and prices were straight forward, no hidden costs. Staff has responded promptly and deals with everything you need. From rental to insurance, invoicing, contract...they got it all covered. I personally had a Luton van rented for 1 month. The car was valeted just before I picked it, very low mileage and it was in a mint condition mechanical. I would definitely recommend them.

terrible company. I rented a van from them. I got a broken one. I returned the van over a year ago and have not received my deposit back. I received a message after a year that I was in arrears because the repair costs were higher than the deposit. I'll report it to the police. this company is a scammer

I want to share with anybody that is looking to rent a van with this company that there customer service both through email and whatsapp were flawless and all my questions were answered quickly and they were always ready to help, nowadays where every customer service is automatic is a breath of fresh air to have people that care about the service they provide. 5 stars guys!

Yet another narcissistic greedy company. Avoid it at all costs!
Worked with them for 7months, had 5 vans breaking down in this time and when asking them to replace the vans they were asking me to contact the bigger companies they contract the vans from (btw, they only own 1van, they subcontract). How lazy is that. I pay you for a service then you ask me to do your job. This was a constant occurrence with their team members making me lose money over time due to unworkable days, yet at the same time charging me rent for the van that was broken down. So essentially I was paying for a service that they weren’t providing.
Everyone from their 4-5 employees is self absorbed, most of the conversations were arguments, how they can’t help me with a call, or how wrong I am for wanting not to pay for a van I couldn’t use, and constantly asking me to do their jobs instead. How absurd!
They also kept a last week rent that was double paid, arguing that they can’t pay it back, but it’s credited to the account. It is not, read below.
Lately I’ve been waiting to receive my deposit for the past 3 months and nothing. After chasing and chasing for ages I eventually discovered hidden costs that were argued and so they decided to keep my entire deposit for themselves, completely ignoring the extra sum that was already credited to the account.
To add to this, most of my colleagues that have been forced to work with them encountered the same issues, losing all of their deposits and having to pay for services that were not provided!
Update: You guys had the nerve to answer after all of these months. And you more so after stealing my money, have the courage to call me names and play the victim card. And you say you care but took months to answer this review. What an absolute joke!
Overall disgraceful behaviour. You’re all greedy rotten people to the core! I despise you all!
