"Pathetic planning and chaos everywhere..."

Hi.
Recently, we have been to Thailand with a pre-booked package for 7nights and 8 days. Actually, we travel once in a year to some place and my bookings were every time planned and booked by Yatra Or Makemytrip. This time when I was going through some Facebook post from HolidayIQ, I happened to get connected to Booking Squad team. Their package was impressive and my direct contact agent (her name is Ms. Namita) was very accommodative and helpful.
But, there was so much chaos during our trip that I was intimidated at times as to what's going to happen next.

We boarded flight from Kolkata to Bangkok and then should take a flight to Phuket.
This booking squad team is so dumb that they have given me a layover of just 1 hr 45 min to catch my next flight from Bangkok to Phuket. We were supposed to take Visa on arrival and then board the flight. Such a pathetic planning!
I had earlier insisted on getting a pre-booked approved Visa but they said they could not provide one. There was a big chaos and we were literally begging other people in the queue to give us 1st chance to get Visa and then we ran like we were in a race!! And it was supposed to be a relaxing holiday trip!!

After this incident, I realized the difference between professional agents and the normal ones like Booking Squad!!

Next comes our itinerary issue! We had planned my holiday as per our convenience and they had acvordingly assigned some local Thailand agents for the same. It's name is Thai Destination Co. Ltd and they had changed my Bangkok city tour as per their convenience. When I confront these booking squad agents, they had told me that they couldn't help. Why on earth did you change my schedule?!! I paid for my holiday according to my convenience boss!
The ultimate one was my dinner cruise which was my favourite part in the entire trip. Thanks to Booking Squad team that we got embarrassed just by standing at the cruise's kiosk for 30 minutes as our tickets were booked but money was not paid!! Great right?!

I am telling you guys, those Thai agents were more professional than these people. Though they don't speak English fluently, they could help me re-scheduling my tours.
There was so much mess at other times as well. Phuket to Phi Phi big boat tour bookings were also not managed properly.

Finally, I want to say that I have had a hell of a holiday for the first time in 6 years! Thanks to Booking Squad. I have given those 2 stars just for Namita, a member from booking squad team who was really helpful and understanding while planning the trip. Except for her, I would have rated zero for Booking Squad.
I am writing this as I was really disappointed and I want others to be cautious while booking from small agents like These.

Thanks Ms. Manisha who replied/assured all time for our queries before our departure from India that sab kuchh ho jayega need not to worry. And all day to day arrangements in our trip were wonderful, enjoy full, excellent, complete and tension free in all respect.
