I went into the store yesterday with my daughter. I recently have been diagnosed with cancer and have lost weight and was using a walker. I was wondering if you instruct your employees on how to treat customers who are a little challenged with health? A few months ago, I was healthy and looked normal. The employee would not look at me. Or ask me if I needed help. She only asked my daughter if she wanted help. Another employee did however ask me later though. But they seem afraid to help the disabled or sick customer. We often have the money to make bigger purchases. Please look into how your employees treat disabled customers.
