I ordered four clothing items in the same size. Two fit nicely. One was too small, and the other too large. Since I bought them on clearance, I could not return them, so I tried to find other homes for those two items.

The short turn around for returns is a horrible policy. Bought 2 dresses that are still currently active products for a wedding, the bride changed her mind and it was too late for me to return. Will never shop here again.

I went into the store yesterday with my daughter. I recently have been diagnosed with cancer and have lost weight and was using a walker. I was wondering if you instruct your employees on how to treat customers who are a little challenged with health? A few months ago, I was healthy and looked normal. The employee would not look at me. Or ask me if I needed help. She only asked my daughter if she wanted help. Another employee did however ask me later though. But they seem afraid to help the disabled or sick customer. We often have the money to make bigger purchases. Please look into how your employees treat disabled customers.
