I assumed the fabric would be of better quality . The dress is so thin and in winter colors .The print shows thru to the other side. Expensive dress for quality .

"Great selection but poor return policy"

Hello! I love the range of offering from casual to dress-up Bohme offers. What is frustrating is the return policy and inconsistent sizing. I do not live near a Bohme store so I cannot return in-store. My only choice is to return via mail and if my size is OOS, I cannot exchange. Even though both of these are out of my control, I am still asked to pay ~$9 to return an item via mail. I've also noticed the sizing per brand is not consistent, for example, a small from one brand may be a medium from a different brand. Therefore, it's hard to know what size to order. I know Bohme asks customers to email their customer support with sizing questions but that is not convenient or fast.

The return policy is really awful. They have a “restocking fee” and charge for return shipping. Once the item was actually refunded, I was almost $30 short of my total-out-pocket for a dress that was not even worth the price they charged in the first place. Don’t spend your money here (because they’ll keep it lol and you’ll have no product to show for it).
