Easy return! The only thing that would make it better is if you didn’t charge a restocking fee. I live in Georgia and happened to be in Idaho over the holidays. It does make me think twice before ordering online because I don’t want to have to pay a restocking fee if I need to return anything.

shopping in-store is easy and great, but on multiple occasions I have ordered online and the article that I ordered is canceled with little to no explanation as to why or any notice.

I absolutely love your clothes. I am a lot older than probably your average customer but your styles are beautiful and comfortable. I have a few items I had to ship back bc of size but with my busy schedule forgot the date. That is a problem because I would have liked to pick out something that I could live to wear.
