"Love Böhme but not the delivery partner"

I love the clothing items from the store and when it delivers, I really like the packaging. The reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because when it comes to tracking the packages, Laser Ship packaging is confusing to work with. I had a package lost and after a week, it still showed the same status. I called Laser Ship and they were really rude and said it’s Bohme’s issue. When I called Böhme, the service was better and the team re-issued another package with expedited delivery.

I will say that the sizing can be inconstant, and certain things sell out fast (yet still show up on ads for months). They come quickly in the mail and have good packaging. These are pieces that are meant to last.
