"Returns are a joke"

I bought 2-dresses and neither one flowed like the picture, they looked like Quaker dresses. I returned one and they kept money from it for re-stocking, but if I did a store credit I would get the full amount!?!?! Plus, I got a ton of email telling me to use the store credit instead of getting the refund, and it finally went through 2-3 weeks after mailing the dress back. Now I'm worried about washing the dress I kept because everyone is saying the dresses shrink a lot.
