"I wish I never engaged with them! Nightmare!!"

Commissioned a logo - shared the pretty decent design I had come up with and asked them to 'tidy' it up, received a good price given the design basis was already there. Received what I can only describe as poor designs. Rectified and eventually supplied with the final copy files etc. The 'Project manager' Rhys is more interested in selling you everything but the kitchen sink than actually listening to what you are doing, what you need etc etc.

I paid for a content writing service - but they do not speak to you, you have to route everything through a 'project manager' who is 'dedicated' to your project - really, all they are dedicated to is upselling you services you dont need, than listening to what you are asking for. In the end, I received a refund for the content service that was never really received. I had to wait 1.5months for the refund!!

Eventually succumbed to his constant hassling of buying a website package. Packaged paid for 6th December 2024. Had nothing but problems since, lack of contact, lack of follow-up, lack of support and when I have heard from the firm, all I get is excuses. Forget reviewing the package details - as they do not live up to what is contained within. Everything is 48-72 business hours...which no one can explain what it means, is that actual working hours, business days etc etc. I was promised a final cut of the website for Friday, and fairness one guy tried to resolve the issues, which for most, he did and worked late on a Friday evening to do so. However there was one issue remaining, for which I provided evidence of, feedback for and took up the offer of touching base today (Monday 17th Feb 2025) - ive had nothing from the company all day. Tried online chat - ignored.

I do not trust this company in the slightest and wish I had never opted to use them in the first place for a logo revamp, never mind a website!

6th December, I was told in writing website will be 2-3week turnaround...we are over 2months in and it is plagued with issues.

My advice to anyone...do not use this company, keep scrolling and seek out a reputable firm! LogoLabs, Inventocube etc they are all the same.

I am seeking a refund for the web design, and consulting a solicitor - no doubt Logolabs will tell me I don't qualify for a refund, despite being told I would receive it if the issues were not resolved. And no doubt I will be quoted terms and conditions - for which, I may add, are not quoted on your package welcome documents therefore as a consumer, you are not bound by them :) because there were not enclosed in the terms of business at the point of which an offer of services was made to you.

I fully intend on seeing LogoLabs/Inventocube in a court, local to me as the transaction took place over the internet :) I will see my money refunded, plus costs and expenses.
