"Harassing"

All I did was look at flowers I put my details in to see what shipping was. I decided to shop with a local company instead. All day I've been harassed on phone x3 and email!! Not happy it's a bad time when somebody dies show some respect! Pleased I didn't use this company

"Funeral flowers: wilted flowers, not what I ordered and delivered late"

I requested a floral spray for my late mother's funeral. The request was "the arrangement to be done mostly in yellow, red and orange colours; the customer doesn't want pink and white but to be mostly in these three colours"
I was informed that they would be delivered the day before the funeral so that they could go out on time for a 10am ceremony. Firstly, the flowers arrived at the funeral directors just over an hour before the ceremony AFTER the hearse had left. The funeral directors kindly organised an emergency driver to get them to the crematorium in time. We were very close to having no flowers at all. Secondly, the flowers were 50% white, 25% pink and 25% red, orange and yellow. Some of the flowers looked quite sad and a few of the roses were browning. Furthermore, when I contacted the florists, they told me that everything had gone as I had requested. I feel incredibly disappointed in the service that I have received and gaslighted by them as well. Interestingly, they screen all their phone calls and are now only responding to me by email. Funerals are stressful to organise and I would not recommend funeralflowers for the additional stress that they have caused me.
