"Worst experience ever..."
I placed an order on the 6th of May, Friday. Here's how it went:
On May 8, Sunday at 11:13 am, I asked what's the status of my order, and they said they will deliver them as soon as possible. Given that it's a weekend, I understand.
At 11:19 am, I asked them to give me a timeline, so I will know what to do since I'm leaving my place and I have to change the address. I didn't get a response.
On May 9, Monday at 10:34 am, I asked them if there were any updates. I asked for the tracking link too. I informed them that I will be leaving my place that night and I need to change the address if it was not gonna be delivered. They said it was shipped and that the courier will contact me for the delivery.
On May 10, the delivery guy called me that he was in Sharjah. I asked them to change my address but the parcel still went to different emirates.
Today May 11, I'm still waiting cos someone called me with an Indian number saying it will be delivered by today. I'm requesting a refund but they will not give you a response.
Think twice before getting anything from this company. The whole process is a nightmare and I'm gonna be damned if the refurb item I'll receive is broken. My friend told me about them, I shouldn't have listened.

I really disappointed, before I do the order I talked to them and they promised that the delivery will be from 2 to 9 days and I accepted and as per that I paid money .
After 10 days I contact them on the web site WhatsApp they was unprofessional at all and asking me for 9 days more coz they are located in Dubai.
When I explained about statuses and the whole story with them and they are Laing me. Her replay to me ( what to do ) not even apologise for delay l,
Now almost 2 weeks and not received. With no replay for my messages.
Really my device to everyone to not try this company as per my experience with them.
Customer service very bad. And not replaying after receiving the money.

Bought an Ipad 3 32GB Silver via COD. My daughter was only able to use it for not even a year then it went dead. It won't charge at all. The 6 months warranty has ended as well. Do not waste your hard earned money. Buy a new one instead. Lesson learned.
