Literally never gained access to view my pension, cannot even tell how much is in there, and even when I had my forename changed, they still insist on sending me emails with my old name.

Don't trust this Pension. A pure scam. I have £3k blocked and they refused to transfer. There is always a document or a tick that is missing. They refused transfer request from another provider but they ask documents from them to tell you after it cannot be done like this for security reasons!
In 6 years they changed twice the name. Imagine after 20 years at your retirement.
I emailed and called and they simply can't assist for security reasons but when asking HR and others legal provider to assist they refused to continue as I have been assisted and the request is not just from me.
NEVER RECEIVED information about the changes. Nor the new logins.
I was in 5 different pensions scheme provider (as changed jobs and companies) and managed to move 3 to the new one. Only Evolve / blue sky is causing problem to transfer it!
5 times I have sent the request. 5 times incorrect while normally it is something simple to request as for the other pension I merged. With you: refused to help. No assistance. Document to be signed by the company but then cannot be signed by them.
Same the company sending the documents with my signature filled as been rejected for missing information!! It is a joke!
I have tried to contact you many times and you simply refuse to assist. Keeping the same again and again message. The documents have to be filled the way the security has been set. A document 3 HR Managers don't understand. A document that the new pension scheme has to be filed but as they need to place a nber on it, it became quaduc due to the security in place! While all the others pension used can proceed the transfer without any problems between themselves!
Please contact me if you have a solution as I have done 3 letters with signature and numerous of emails between 2020/2021 without any success!

absolute rubbish - tried to submit a transfer out and it takes you all the way through the process before getting to the last screen and telling you the system is down and it can't complete
